Professional psychological well-being of educators and features of their support in the current crisis conditions

چکیده

The article presents the essence, indicators, and factors of professional psychological well-being educators. expediency studying phenomenon educators based on eudanomic approach, according to which as a result person's experience successes or achievements in sphere is an important component individual whole, substantiated. Based model K. Riff, modified taking into account specifics activity educators, indicators their are determined (self-acceptance specialist field education; personal growth; goals development; positive relations with other subjects educational activity; management environment; self-determination autonomy, etc.). Three groups have been characterized at macro- (levels society), meso- organization) micro-levels individuals). Specific features support for today's crisis conditions, caused by state war, level organization, interaction, personality determined. prospects further study empirical plane outlined.
